Swimming - Summer is the perfect time to explore, and there’s nothing more fun than spending time in water. This is a great activity to indulge in, as it helps to strengthen the child’s body balance, muscle strength and coordination and boosts social growth as children get an opportunity to interact with one another in fun. Water play allows children to explore and interact with each other. New experiences and discovering new things within shared spaces offer a great opportunity for social development .
Dance - “Dance is the hidden language of the soul” Dancing is a wonderful way to introduce young children to the world’s rich diversity and enable them to teach the enjoyment of dance, music, and rhythm. It also provides opportunities for socialization and room for self expression. It improves self esteem. Students perform the dance with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Zumba - From balancing on their toes to raising their arms, zumba dance utilizes the entire body and all of its muscle groups. Zumba Dance improves flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion, stamina, muscle tone, strength and posture. It also helps children to develop emotionally, socially and cognitively. It was fun filled session for students.
