Dance - With the aim of honing the dancing skills of students, today’s session started with a warm up and gradually performing dance steps.
Yoga - Today’s yoga session focused on building strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body of the students. Yoga is a great way to work on student flexibility and strength.
Art and craft- In this day and age, art plays an important role in molding the minds of children to develop a positive nature and appreciate natural beauty.
Zumba- Zumba is one of the most popular exercise in recent years, and with good reason! There are many health benefits of zumba, including its ability to burn calories, work out the entire body, boost the metabolism, increase endurance, boost mood, coordination, and improve confidence.
