1. ZUMBA -The activity started with the cool down exercises which enabled the students to release the negative energy out from their bodies.
The day collaborated Zumba and Aerobic dance forms. It’s a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy.
2. dance and Drama: After the enthusiastic exercises in Zumba cum Aerobic classes students rehearsed for the grand finale on “Itni si hassi”and “Deva Shri Ganesha”.
3. SWIMMING CLASSES:- For students the most awaited activity of the summer camp was Swimming class which was conducted today. All students had brought swimming costumes and enjoyed a lot.
